Ryan Perera

Managing Director / CEO
A visionary leader with over 26 years of corporate experience, in which 16 years in strategic restructuring, setting up and heading businesses predominantly for banks and capital market firms. Responsible for building and managing combined portfolios of over Rs. 27 Bn (USD 90 Mn) under his leadership. He has held senior management positions since 2008 and C-Level positions since 2014 with a history of business turnarounds.
Ryan currently serves on many Boards for his strategic and structuring expertise with both corporates and start-up businesses.
Co-Founded Solid Oak Financial, was Group Deputy CEO of Candor Holdings (A group of capital market firms owned by Eagle Proprietary Investments Limited in the DIFC – Dubai, the Private equity arm of the National Industries Group, the largest industrial conglomerate listed in the Kuwait Stock Exchange). Was instrumental in securing BOI status for Sri Lanka’s first Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) company, Ironwood Legal Solutions. Was the first Head of Private Banking, Prime Banking & Japanese Segment for Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC, served as Associate – Local Corporates Wholesale Banking at Standard Chartered Bank and Relationship Manager Priority Banking at Standard Chartered Bank. He began his banking career at Hatton National Bank PLC in 1996.
An Advanced Mentorship Programme (AMP) Graduate, he holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Western Sydney University (WSU) Australia. A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) UK, Member of the Association of Business Executives UK and former Executive Board Member of the Chartered Management Institute UK, Sri Lanka Branch.
Recipient of the ‘Merit Award for Business Leadership’ awarded by Australian Government Trade Commission (Austrade) in 2015. He was the first Sri Lankan WSU Alumni, to be awarded as one of three International finalists for the “International Alumni of the Year Award” for achievements in one’s field and contributions towards the corporate sector and community.
Shiral Soysa

Shiral is a highly experienced IT Professional with over 21 years of experience in System implementation ERP & BPR operations in some of Sri Lanka’s leading IT companies along with international exposure, working on various projects. His illustrious career includes roles such as Implementation Consultant, Module Lead, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Program Manager, Head of Delivery and COO.
He functions as the COO for Digital 365 (Pvt) Ltd since 2023. He was Program Manager ERP at Fortitude (2021 – 2023), SAP Project Manager at Attune (2017 – 2021), Assistant Manager – Consulting at IFS (2012 – 2017), ROW Pricing Manager at Solideal International S. A. (2010 -2012), Senior SAP MM Consultant at Unilink (2006 – 2010), SAP MM Team Lead at Dialog Telekom PLC (2005 – 2006).
In addition to System Implementation Shiral has experience in Agriculture, Logistics and Supply Chain, Accounting and Operations management etc.

A results-oriented financial professional with over 16 years of experience in Financial Management, Accounting, Regulatory reporting & compliance and Auditing with a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing strategic financial insights in predominantly in the banking and Finance sectors.
Vindy’s professional experience includes Group Financial Controller – Layer 7 Innovations Inc., Canada since 2022, was Manager, Regulatory Reporting – HSBC Sri Lanka (2021 – 2022), Manager Financial Reporting & Controls (2019 – 2021), Taxation Manager (2016 – 2019) and Financial Reporting Manager (2011 – 2016) in HSBC Sri Lanka. Prior to HSBC she served at KPMG Ford, Rhodes, Thornton & Co., as Engagement Senior Supervisor / Project Manager (2011), Engagement Supervisor (2011 – 2010) and Accounts Trainee (2007 – 2010).
Vindya’s dominant skills include Financial Reporting & Analysis, Project Management & Leadership, Risk Management & Internal Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Team Development & Training. She also provides consultancy services on ERP Implementation (Oracle NetSuite) within the Finance function of a mid scale NPO with international presence across multiple countries.
Vindya is a Fellow Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) UK and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) USA.
